Please be advised I have had the pleasure of working with Delko Construction on one of our school projects, Coleman Elementary School, here in Elgin. We were very pleased to have been able to award the contract to Delko Construction. They did an excellent job on the project getting it in on time and within budget.

Several years ago, the Social Security Administration leased office space from Mega Properties, Inc. and was fortunate to have Delko Construction Co., Inc., as the General Contractor for the build-out of the space that we currently occupy at 4849 N. Milwaukee Ave., Ste 200, Chicago, II 60630. Delko Construction did an outstanding job in completing the space timely and within budget. The sub-contractors utilized by Delko Construction were knowledgeable, professional and did excellent work. When we moved into the new office space there was nothing that had to be redone or reworked by anyone involved in the construction of the office.
The Social Security Administration is currently working with De1ko Construction on another office project of approximately 6000 sq. ft. and we are confident this will be completed as smoothly as the previous office construction.
